The room was well-appointed with a king bed, a comfortable couch that converts into a bed, a fridge, and a microwave. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the air conditioning was efficient in providing a comfortable environment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

The staff, especially Reign, really stood out for their exceptional service and quick assistance. Also, the room was spacious and equipped with a useful fridge and microwave, which made our lengthy stay more comfortable. Breakfast had some nice options like the homemade preserves that we particularly enjoyed during our mornings. Our family had fun splashing around in the pool despite the rainy weather.

This place suits me perfectly! The free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, and friendly 24-hour reception are just what I need. On my first stay, they helped me with a late check-in. I’m excited to come back for a romantic escape!

The large, well-appointed room featured a comfortable bed that greatly enhanced our stay. However, several issues arose, such as subpar cleanliness, with visible mold in the tub caulk and a non-functioning hair dryer that emitted smoke. In addition, the lack of management during our stay complicated resolving these issues, leading to unanticipated extra charges at checkout.

I stayed here for 6 nights, and while the staff was responsive to requests, the cleanliness of my room was disappointing. I found mold in the tub, ants in the bathroom, and even a hair dryer that didn't work. On a positive note, the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby parks and attractions. Overall, it felt like the room didn't match the expected standards based on its rating.

On the flip side, the hot tub was a lukewarm letdown, and there were too many tiles missing around the edges. Plus, the elevator drama had us lugging our bags up the stairs without an ounce of help. Who schedules repairs that long in advance anyway?

We enjoyed the pool and played at the children's playground. The location is perfect for visiting Park Meadows Mall and checking out Fiddler's Green Amphitheater. Free WiFi made it easy to plan our days. Definitely a great spot for a fun getaway!

We did experience some issues with cleanliness. There was hair in the tub that was pretty off-putting and made us a bit uncomfortable during our stay.

Great stay with kids!

We had a nice experience overall. The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, perfect for a winter swim! The staff was super friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent. Only annoying part was the noise complaints when my kids walked around. Still, it didn't ruin our trip at all.
